HYART Gallery has a unique set up for gallery and studio space for working on metalsmithing/repair and custom jewelry design. The gallery displays fine art, including ; metal holloware, jewelry, ceramics, wood, glass, fiber and mix media. Throughout the year we invite guest artists, and have an artist of the month for open gallery and participate in gallery night in Madison.

In the studio space, the metalsmiths work on custom orders for metal work, jewelry and restoration of metal work. Through out the year we accept interns to learn bench work skills and also offer demonstrations that are open to the public.

Hiroko Yamada has been a metalsmith for more than 20 years working on custom design jewelry and has had experience doing contract work and restoration metal work for museums, private collectors, and has been involved with teaching workshops around the world.
